We are so excited to see you at Day Spa at the lakes for your upcoming appointment and can’t wait to give you some well deserved TLC! 

When booking an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. 
To ensure you and all of our clients have the best possible experience at Day Spa at the Lakes we have a few guidelines to follow:

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS- 
A  50%  deposit or gift voucher number to secure your booking over the phone, online or in salon.
If you have a prepaid treatment pack, you will not be required to pay a deposit however you will need to make
your booking directly with us. If you cancel within the 24 hour window you may forfeit that treatment.

In the event that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointed time or do not arrive at the salon at the appointed time, then your deposit will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in
maintaining availability of our employees and resources.

Please arrive 10 mins prior to your treatment to ensure your client card is up to date and the correct products are prescribed for you for that appointment.

Late arrivals will cut into your allotted treatment time to ensure the next client’s appointment starts on time.
